How you consent to these website terms of use:  If you access or use our website, or download any of our NLResources, you are taken to have agreed to our website terms of use (Terms) and our Privacy Policy (found here).  Please read our Terms and Privacy Policy carefully and immediately cease using our Site if you do not agree to them. We may, at any time and at our discretion, vary these Terms by publishing the varied terms on our Site. We recommend you check our Site regularly to ensure you are aware of our current terms.

The information on our website is general information only: Please note that materials and content on this website, including but not limited to our NLResources (Content) are not comprehensive. Our Content is designed for you to be able to inform yourself, generally, of ideas for supporting language skills. We have not created our Content with your specific needs, objectives or circumstances in mind and it is not therapeutic advice.

Using this website does not mean that you become our client or that we become your therapist: If you use this website, receive any information such as a piece of Content from us or download any of our NLResources, this does not mean that we become your therapists.

Related professionals may print and download NLResources to use with clients or students and may share printed copies with parents or other professionals. You may not email downloaded NLResource files to other professionals, store NLResource files in places that can be googled or accessed by others or upload NLResource files to a shared document drive. You must not reproduce, exploit or use any of our NLResources for the purpose of re-selling the NLResources, or offering products similar to ours.  

All other use, copying or reproduction of NLResources is prohibited (except to the extent permitted by law).

 

For content other than NLResources, you must not

(a)copy or use it, in whole or in part, or;

(b)sell it to any third party; or

(c)breach any intellectual property rights connected with our Site or the Content, including (without limitation) altering or modifying any of the Content, or creating derivative works from the Content.

Our website may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas.  We make no representation that our website complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Australia.  If you access our website from outside Australia, you are respobsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction where you access our website and access our website at your own risk.
